为什么要创业?

因为你知道,打工不是长久的办法。因为你知道,你已经厌倦了重复做一样的事。因为你知道,你瓶颈很久很久了。因为你知道,物价一直上涨,薪水却永远追不上来。因为你知道,要赚取更高的收入,好像就是要做生意。因为你知道,你现在赚钱的方法,好像不是办法。因为你知道,你的收入根本应付不了越来越多的开销,你还有丈夫妻子,还有孩子,还有年迈的父母。因为你知道,你想要让他们,你的亲人们,过的更好更好!

因为你还知道,你心里有这一团未灭的火,你知道,你还可以完成更多的事情,更大的成就!

不是吗?



如果是,如果你知道你可以完成更好更多的事,你很想做生意,却不想承担太大的风险,或者你知道你根本筹集不到这么多钱来做生意。

你担心做不到?那今天你开店营业了,没有customer,你会怎么办?

"我不想做传销,因为传销都是让上线赚钱,产品的价格因此涨得很高,来分给上线。"

我通常会这么回答:

A)你现在有就业吗?

如果有:
你正在很努力的卖你的时间。

问题是:谁会变得富有?
答案:你的老板。

只要你是打工,你就是在为某个人建立财富!

B)你有否会在各大百货商场消费在一些名牌上,好像MAC,Prada, LV这些商品?

如果有,"只有"以下这些人变得富有!

- 千万百万美金给予明星代言人,来打造品牌,像David Beckham, Michael Jackson这些名人。

- 产品代理商变得富有。

- 大型零售商变得富有,像CK Tang, Robinson。

- 杂志社变得富有,因为厂商会投入非常大量的广告费!

然后,处在最低层的销售员,工作最辛苦,赚的却是最少。


不过。。

如果今天你消费在一间正统的传销公司,以下的人会受惠:

- 一般有家庭有孩子的家庭主妇,没有能力工作,却能够通过从事传销,赚取额外收入,来支持家里的经济!

- 低收入,想创业,却没有能力有大资本的人,得以开始自己的事业!

- 每天工作20个小时,却没有突破,遭遇事业瓶颈的专业人士,如律师,医生,审计师,会计师。

- 传统事业的老板们,他们为了自己的事业,工作到没日没夜,却又不见得有收入,有时间,甚至不能休息!正在寻找低成本低风险,少头痛的事业!


重点:

你可以选择加入以下两种公司:

一间能够帮助千千万万普通人成就美好人生的公司。

或者

一间只有老板变得富有,底层员工最努力却是所得最少,然后耗费百万千万在广告费,行销费,代言费的公司。

不管是那一种,你都无可避免的处在产品和销售的模式里,差别只是:

一种通过传统分销店来销售。

另一种,通过口碑,没有广告!

就以上文章,我想再谈谈更细节的问题,就是传销的产品价格怎么订的?

首先,一个简单的概念:

售价 = 利润 + 所有费用 (即本钱)

利润就是厂商想赚的钱。费用,即是所有从头到尾涉及的费用。

简单的例子,一杯咖啡,可能本钱Rm0.50, 可是可以卖到Rm1.80! 商家赚了Rm 1.30!

比较复杂的例子,可能屋子吧:

(以单位计算)
原料费 Rm 50,000
人工 Rm 30,000
运输费 Rm 20,000
政府税 Rm 10,000
行销和广告 Rm 50,000

总计 Rm 160,000

就是说一间屋子的建筑费加所有固定成本,要Rm 160,000, 可能公司想赚Rm 100,000, 所以售价订在Rm 260,000。

这只是一个例子,所有的产品,不管是服务,货物,都是这样基本算出来的。而你会发现,大多数产品,利润都不小,所以时常会听到人家说:你懂他的本钱几小吗?

比如说,一辆车本钱可能,Rm20,000, 可以卖到Rm 50,000, 一个iphone 可能本钱 Rm 500, 可以卖你Rm 2000。

当然,你还是会时常听到厂商跟你说:没的赚了咯,我的本钱都已经XXX了!

其实也是事实,因为,iPhone做好的时候,本钱Rm500,送来马来西亚,就变Rm 800了,再在从代理商去到各地分销商,一层赚一层,来到你的手中时,已经不懂赚了几次了,最后卖你电话的人,也许本钱已经是Rm1800,所以他只赚你Rm200!

重点:最后的消费者,其实是承担最多费用的!尤其是中间的抽佣,以及庞大的广告费,也是我们承担!

为什么澳洲和美国的车这么便宜?因为政府没有抽!

为什么一双名牌球鞋,可以卖到Rm800?你问问行家,它需要这么大本钱吗?

需要,因为我们看到的售价,可能有一大部分是Michael Jordan的代言费!

各位有抓到我的意思吗?

所以简单地说,传统行业和传销在于产品的定价差别在那里?

其实是一样的!只是传销把各种费用里面最大笔数额的两个费用,变成了我们的利润,然后上线们会随着层次不同来抽佣!

哪两笔费用?庞大的广告行销费,和一层层抽佣的中介费!

比如,El Marino 的定价,算Rm200 一盒好了。

如果是一般传统厂商:

(单位计算)
原料和人工 40
研发费用 30
运输 20
税收 10
广告和行销 20
代言 20
利润 40
总计 180

过后中介商在赚一笔Rm 20,所以产品售价为Rm200!

那如果是爱康,怎么算呢?

(单位计算)
原料和人工 40
研发费用 30
运输 20
税收 10
拨出奖金 60
利润 40

同样售价为Rm 200,可是广告行销费,代言费,中介费全部免了!

因为我们个体分销商,就是广告(口碑),就是代言人,同时也是中介人!而在爱康,拨出奖金是从最下面分起 (有些公司是上线先)也就是真正分享到产品的人,得到的报酬最多!所以最公平!

对,上线有抽佣,难道他就没有帮你,教你?难道你学吉他,学游泳,补习,不用给钱吗?严格来说,如果你的上线是正统上线,他为你的付出肯定多过于从你那里抽佣!

很多老板什么问题都让你自己解决,不见得给你很高薪水,不是吗?

所以,只有清楚其间的运作,是绝对不可能有不平衡的,传销本质的精神,原本就是公平,却创造不一样的奇迹!

Here is a little story about a brief description of how team works, taken from the Book of Daniel Colombo, Opening Paths.



Cooperation:



One morning on a beautiful spring like day a disciple asked his master:



- What is the difference between heaven and hell?



His Master replied:



- Hell is a place where there is big plantation of rice and people can only eat it with a 3 meters length spoon, they have the food but they are starving because spoons are so large that they cannot feed themselves.



The disciple then asked,



- So then how is it in heaven?



- it’s pretty much the same, they have rice and 3 meter length spoons, the difference is that they don’t try to feed themselves, they feed each other at reach.



How does it relate to my business?



Success in Network Marketing or MLM depends a lot on team work and cooperation. Teamwork is a skill that is not easily understood, we all know what it is but we don't necessarily know how to use it or when it's appropriate to use it. Network Marketing has its foundation in building Trust and relationships with each other in the organization, that implies that we must cooperate in some ways to help the group and specially others where we see they have weaknesses.



It is human nature to be selfish, it is also a habit not to ask for help and accept the fact that we don’t have all the answers and that is exactly where the concept of teamwork in MLM must take place. We must help each other be successful. Each of us has developed certain skills and capabilities over time but we don't have all of what is required to be successful in the beginning so we must work together to compensate and complement weaknesses with skills and capabilities from other members in the organization.



It has been said many times that network marketing is by far the best of all businesses schemes available for the average person to succeed, however the success over failure ratio is less than 5 % so why is that? One good reason is because we do not work as a team nor we don't want to team with other people, and that my friend goes against the most significant and misunderstood value in Multilevel marketing industry: TRUST. If you don't trust in yourself, you are going to fail, if you don't trust your upline, you are going to fail. If you don't trust your downline, you and them are going to fail.



- I am not going to tell my secrets because they are going to steal my market!

- I am not going to reveal my secrets in public; I rather write an eBook and sell the knowledge to make more money.

- I am not going to train them all because they are not worth my time.



Etc, etc, etc.










It takes a leader to find another leader, but it takes a team to build an MLM organization with a successful story!.

Team Up is a personal choice; Team Up is about working together to succeed as a group. Team Up is about sharing knowledge. It's about creating a network of people with values. Team Up is about teamwork 100%.

The Importance Of Teamwork is that it allows for goals to be reached in an efficient and timely manner. Teamwork combine many different skills from many different people allowing achievements to be made faster that could not have been made by a single person.

A team consists of more than one person, each of whom are assigned different responsibilities. If we are to succeed in our business, then we need to look at each other as members of a team which is working towards one common goal and that is SUCCESS. Teamwork means working towards helping each other to achieve success. Teamwork means: Together Everyone Achieving More.

Whether in your home based business or on the football field, or even among members of a community, effective teamwork can produce incredible results. However, working successfully as a team is not as easy as it may sound. Effective teamwork does not just happen automatically, it takes a great deal of hard work and dedication.

Well, it is one thing to create a team and another thing to create teamwork. Just as it is one thing to join a team but another thing to perform as a team member. Simply, teams don’t work without teamwork.

The success of any team is extremely dependent on the Importance Of Teamwork. All coaches or team leaders talk about working as one unit, as a unified team. He would have to work 50 hours a week to achieve that. Got the point? This concept is how many sport teams achieve success. Although, it is not the teams with the best players that win the championships, it is the teams whose members work best together that accomplish the great things. Your Network Marketing team can also accomplish great things when everyone is working together to achieve one common goal. Therefore, the goal should be clearly defined and watch your people achieve it.

Clear Communication: Communication is an important factor of all interpersonal interaction and especially that of a team. Effective communication offers understanding, explanation and action. Team members must be able to communicate their feelings freely, express plans and goals, share ideas and see each other’s viewpoints.
Listening: Active listening is very important in a team setting. The Team Leader must ensure that the message is clearly understood and the team members also must ensure that the message is clear or otherwise ask for clarification.
Understanding that you will never go anywhere without teamwork is critically important. Recognizing the Importance Of Teamwork can take a lot of burdens off your shoulders, make you less stressed out, and allows you to leverage the efforts of others in your team for faster results.

為什麼你一直沒有成就? -- 李嘉诚

為什麼你一直沒有成就?

因為你隨波逐流,近墨者黑、不思上進,分錢沒有、死愛面子!
因為你畏懼你的父母、你聽信你親戚、你沒有主張、你不敢一個人做決定。

你觀念傳統、只想打工賺點錢結婚生子,然後生老病死、走你父母一模一樣的路。
因為你天生脆弱、腦筋遲鈍只想做按班就部的工作。

因為你想做無本的生意,你想坐在家裡等天上掉陷餅!
因為你抱怨沒有機遇、機遇來到你身邊的時候你又抓不住,因為你不會抓!

因為你的貧窮,所以你自卑!
你退縮了、你什麼都不敢做!
你只會給別人打工!
你沒有特別技能,你只有使蠻力!
你和你父母一樣,惡性循環!
所以,你永遠是一個一直在打工的打工仔!

很多人想把握機會、但要做一件事情時,往往給自己找了很多理由讓自己一直處於矛盾之中!不斷浪費時間,虛度時光。如:

1 、我沒有口才——錯:

沒有人天生就很會說話,台上的演講大師也不是一下子就能出口成章,那是他們背後演練了無數次的結果!

你罵人的時候很擅長,抱怨的時候也很擅長,但這種口才是沒有價值的口才,看別人爭論的時候、自己滿嘴評頭論足、卻不知反省自己,倘若你付出努力練習,你今天是否還說自己沒口才?

2 、我沒有錢—— 錯:

不是沒有錢,而是沒有賺錢的腦袋。工作幾年了沒有錢嗎?有,但是花掉了。花在沒有投資回報的事情上面。

花在吃喝玩樂上或存放貶值了,沒有實現價值最大化,所以錢就這樣入不敷出。每月當月光族、周而復始、沒有遠慮、當一天和尚敲一天鐘,得過且過。

3 、我沒有能力——錯:

不給自己機會去鍛煉,又有誰一出生就有能力?一畢業就是社會精英?一創業就馬上成功?當別人很努力的學習、很努力的積累、努力找方法,而你每天就只做了很少一點就覺得乏味。學了一些就覺得沒意思、看了幾頁書就不想看、跟自己也跟別人說沒興趣學。

然後大半輩子過去一事無成,整天抱怨上天不給機會。能力是努力修來的、不努力想有能力,天才都會成蠢材。但努力,再笨的人也能成精英。

4 、我沒有時間——錯:

時間很多、但浪費的也很多!別人很充實、你在看電視,別人在努力學習時、你在玩遊戲消遣虛度。總之時間就是覺得很多餘、你過得越來越無聊。別人賺錢了羨慕別人、但不去學別人好好把握時間創造價值,整天不學無術。

5 、我沒有心情——錯:

心情好的時候去遊玩、心情不好的時候在家喝悶酒,心情好的時候去逛街、心情不好的時候玩遊戲,心情好的時候去享受、心情不好的時候就睡大覺。好壞心情都一樣,反正就是不做正事。

6 、我沒有興趣——錯:

興趣是什麼?吃喝玩樂誰都有興趣,沒有成就哪來的盡興!沒錢拿什麼享受生活!你的興趣是什麼?是出去旅遊回來月光族、出去K歌回頭錢包空空、出去大量購物回來慘兮兮....

打工有沒有興趣?擠公交車有沒有興趣?上班簽到下班打卡有沒有興趣?家裡急需要一大筆錢拿不出來有沒有興趣?借了錢沒錢還有沒有興趣?賣老鼠藥的人對老鼠藥有興趣.....?

7 、我考慮考慮——錯:

別考慮就做吧!有可能就成了、不做又好不甘心!一想整天上班也沒有個頭、還是明天開始做吧!又一想還是算了、這錢掙的也不容易!不不、就是打工掙錢也不容易,決定了不能放棄機會!哎呀、天都黑了,明天再說吧!

然後第二天又因為以上12345 點、因為左思右想、繼續循環、最終不能決定。猶猶豫豫、耽誤了很多時間、還是一無所獲。有句話是:“可憐之人必有可恨之處!” 這一生中不是沒有機遇,而是沒有爭取與把握!藉口太多,理由太多....!

爭取之人必竭力爭取、一分錢都沒有也千方百計想辦法!不爭取之人給一百萬也動不起來、發財不了、還有可能一敗塗地。這就是行動力的欠缺!喜歡猶豫不決、喜歡拖延、喜歡一輩子平庸。在你窮的時候,要少在家裡,多在外面。在你富有的時候,要多在家裡,少在外面。這就是生活的藝術。

窮得時候,錢要花給別人,富的時候,錢要花給自己。很多人,都做顛倒了。

窮得時候,不要計較,對別人要好。富的時候,要學會讓別人對自己好。自己對自己更好。

窮要把自己貢獻出去,盡量讓別人利用。富,要把自己收藏好,小心別讓別人隨便利用。這些奇妙的生活方式,是很少人能夠明白的。

窮的時候,花錢給別人看。富的時候,花錢給自己享受。

窮的時候一定要大方,富的時候,就不要擺闊了。生命已經恢復了簡單,已經回到了寧靜。年輕不是過錯,貧窮無需害怕。懂得培養自己,懂得什麼是貴重物品,懂得該投資什麼,懂得該在哪裡節約,這是整個過程的關鍵。

別亂買衣服,少買一點,但是可以買幾件很有品味的。

少在外面吃飯,要吃就請客,要請,就請比自己更有夢想的、更有思想、更努力的人。

一旦生活需要的錢已經夠了,最大的花費,就是用你的收入,完成你的夢想,去放開你的翅膀大膽地做夢,去讓生命經歷不一樣的旅程。

  跟踪工作除了注意系统连续外,我们更须注意其正确的策略:
  采取较为特殊的跟踪方式,加深客户对您的印象;为每一次跟踪找到漂亮的借口;
  注意两次跟踪时间间隔,太短会使客户厌烦,太长会使客户淡忘,我们推荐的间隔为1周;每次跟踪切勿流露出您强烈的渴望,想做这一单。
  调整自己的姿态,试着帮助客户解决其问题,了解您客户最近在想些什么?工作进展如何?

  1、顾客是最好的老师,同行是最好的榜样,市场是最好的学堂。取众人之长,才能长于众人。
  2、依赖感大于实力。销售的97%都在建立信赖感,3%在成交。
  3、当你学会了销售和收钱,你不想成功都难。
  4、拒绝是成交的开始。销售就是零存整取的游戏,顾客每一次的拒绝都是在为你存钱。

  31、看自己的产品就像看自己的孩子,怎么看怎么喜欢。热爱自己,热爱自己的产品,热爱自己的团队,热爱顾客。
